Experteer Overview In this role you will design and lead the finance strategy for the Iberian Peninsula, ensuring short- and long-term financial health. You will partner with and challenge senior management to align with country strategy, policies, and accounting standards. You will drive finance initiatives across planning, controlling and accounting, delivering transparent financial results and improved processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to support growth, compliance, and efficient financial operations within a multinational logistics environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Craft and lead the country finance strategy and budget management - Define and implement finance services across Controlling and Accounting in line with country strategy and policies - Lead finance initiatives across RTR/PTP/Controlling to ensure financial transparency and health - Provide financial guidance to senior leadership and coordinate with specialist colleagues - Ensure financial service delivery, process improvements, and changes - Resolve complex tax, VAT and local regulatory issues and analyze monthly results - Develop and manage monthly operating and annual budgets, and manage FP&A activities - Oversee month-end close, internal controls, compliance, and financial procedures - Manage vendor relationships and SLAs for financial services - Implement improvements in processes, systems, tools, and controls;
