As Senior Manager, you lead the hospital treatment pathway program to resolve capacity bottlenecks across EU hospitals, enabling safe and effective TAVI patient care while supporting Edwards’ growth. You’ll steer cross-functional initiatives with the marketing team to optimize SAPIEN-based programs and hospital collaborations. You’ll design and test program evolutions, drive external and internal communications, and manage faculty relationships to ensure the program meets evolving patient-treatment needs. This role combines strategic development with hands-on execution to shape scalable, high-impact healthcare programs across Europe.

• Drive current initiatives within the marketing team and execute a strategic pillar to optimize TAVI programs and hospital growth

• Ensure strong external communication to program faculty, target hospitals, and stakeholders
• Ensure strong internal communication to field teams, marketing partners, and company leadership
• Manage relationships with program faculty to align with evolving European patient-treatment needs
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align messaging and drive execution across Europe
• Represent leadership while coordinating with marketing peers, leaders, and upper management on needs and messaging xpzdshu
• Comply with company rules and safety protocols and manage travel up to 40%
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of work-related experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare with a strong program management component
• Master's Degree or equivalent with 6 years of work-related experience in the same fields
