Wolters Kluwer Health, International Segment (CE) is hiring an EMEA Strategy Consultant to join a multi‑cultural and dynamic team focused on the expansion of our Clinical Effectiveness products and services in EMEA.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify and monetize business opportunities.
- Support in the preparation of the GTM Plan and Monthly Divisional Meeting with the leadership team, ensuring data and market insights that support understanding of performance outcomes and further investment.
- Identify and manage critical success criteria and key performance metrics for productivity and efficiency of sales roles; develop and maintain KPI scorecard on sales representative performance.
- Standardize processes to strengthen position in accounts and "must win" opportunities.
- Direct change management programs focused on improving sales and coaching best practices while adapting to evolving business requirements.
- Support development of marketing forecasts, estimate costs, prepare pricing studies, and manage program/project budgets.
- Drive strategic process to identify and execute new opportunities, increasing productivity per sales professional.
- Offer end‑to‑end solutions including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support, and administration support.
- Provide insight and consultative support for roles to position themselves with customers for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Perform analyses and prepare forecasts and recommendations in areas of product preferences, market conditions, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices, and sales trends.
- Develop and deliver presentations to group and divisional management in English.
Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced degree (Graduate/Master's) in Business or related field.
- Experience in global, multinational enterprises with complex and matrix structures.
- Strong analytical skills, multicultural awareness, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with stakeholders across geographies, including C‑level executives.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership presence, and ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of other languages spoken in EMEA is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and analytics around sales pipeline modeling. Familiarity with required.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel; high proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- MBA from a top business school highly valued.
- Approximately 20% travel, including some minimal international travel. xpzdshu
