Responsibilities
* Maintain a clear, up‑to‑date view of global headcount.
* Support the creation of annual salary plans and keep monthly forecasts running smoothly.
* Assist in tracking KPIs and achievement levels to help calculate fair and accurate bonus payouts.
* Work with external HR providers and the Cost Control team to manage budgets and spot gaps.
* Collect and clean HR data from multiple sources, ensuring reliability for action.
* Build dashboards and reports that reveal trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization.
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify challenges and deliver actionable insights.
* Create visuals and presentations that translate complex data into clear stories.
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience in finance or related field.
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills, able to interpret and present insights.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with databases, Power BI or similar tools; familiarity with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
* Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, highly organized and proactive with a continuous‑improvement attitude.
* Strong communication skills, capable of presenting numerical insights clearly to executives.
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR and compensation data.
* Collaborative and fluent in English and Spanish.
