You’ll work hand-in-hand with Account Executives, owning top‑of‑funnel activities and playing a key role in closing deals that matter.- Launch outbound outreach to e‑commerce businesses across the Spanish market- Book qualified meetings for AEs by calling, emailing, and social selling- Understand each prospect’s fulfilment needs and tailor your messaging accordingly- Collaborate with your manager to refine targeting and messaging- Consistently hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting targets- Share market learnings with Sales & Marketing to improve outreach efficiencyRequirements- Native Spanish +English (High)- +6 months XP in Sale/BDR/Lead Generation- Strong outbound mindset- Based in Barcelona- Curiosity, grit, and the desire to grow fast within a sales org- High education degree (Bachelor/Master)Good to have:- XP in 3PL, logistics or e‑commerce, in a fast‑paced environment- Comfortable in working with AEs and Sales Managers- Excellent CRM hygiene and pipeline management habits- Degree in Logistics, BA or similar field#J-18808-Ljbffr
