Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate is accountable for generating new orders by planning and executing sales transactions, which address and provide solutions for business system’s needs.
- Be responsible for primary outside sales and relationship interface for assigned accounts, as well as developing new accounts.
- Sell mobile robots, solutions, and services to include engineering, installation, commissioning, and aftermarket services into assigned areas / accounts.
- Achieve sales quotas by selling to new and existing customers.
- Manage large accounts, specialized accounts, partners, and 3rd parties.
- Maintain and increase market share within region and assigned accounts.
- Follow-up on qualified leads, perform marketing activities, determine configurations, develop proposals with Solution Engineers and maintain frequent customer visits.
- Compile all relevant data to determine the exact nature of the customer's business needs and develop solutions utilizing internal resources.
- Serve as primary interface for assigned customers.
- Drive account development, assist with sales plans and forecasting.
- Utilize CRM tools, maintain orders opportunity databases, develop needs assessments, and distribute appropriate documentation to team members for cost estimates, contract preparation process, etc.
- Negotiate price and finalize contract terms and conditions.
- Performs direct sales and marketing activities, including lead follow-up, strategic account planning, building relationships with potential customers, fact finding, analysing business processes in relation to current systems, uncovering applications cost justification of new systems and applications.
Job Requirements:
- Established experience with the American logistics and automation industry, strong advantage for candidate with experience in mobile robotics and fulfilment solution.
- Experience working within a consultative sales process especially with solution offers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with, and influence customers regarding major sales campaigns.
- Ability to coordinate several opportunities and projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and resolution skills.
- Enjoy working in intercultural environment.
- Proven analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient with CRM tools.
- Position require e ability to travel an average of 50% of the time during a typical workweek.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €80,000.00 - €120,000.00 per year
