In this role, you will lead Core Brand Innovation (CBI), Core Brand Evolution (CBE), and Category Expansion (CE). As the technical development lead for your projects, you will ensure timely and complete delivery. Your responsibilities include creating recipes for compounds, emulsions, flavors, powder blends, and finished products, as well as developing manufacturing instructions for concentrates and bottling plants.You will independently execute scientific and technical work on development projects, support production needs, including pilot, intermediates, and finished products. Additionally, you will provide technical support for strategic projects and Cost Out Value In (COVI) programs, ensuring all documentation and formulations are captured within the SBFE database.Your role involves analytical validation, recording lab samples or batches, addressing product/pack interaction issues, and resolving process-related concerns. You will write and review procedures, instructions, and guidelines related to the NPD process and lab equipment, supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.In the laboratory, you will support equipment maintenance schedules, contribute to lab organization, and operate necessary lab equipment for NPD delivery. You will also contribute to the development of concepts and technical projects, stay updated on new ingredients, trends, and technologies, and help discover, develop, and commercialize new beverages, food, processes, or innovations.Cross-functionally, you will liaise with Technical Managers, R&D Technical Project Leaders, and third parties to ensure accuracy in the NPD process. You will support the delivery of new products, claims, and technology research & development programs, and participate in R&D cross-functional working groups for continuous improvement. You will attend industry seminars, events, and exhibitions to capture new trends, technologies, and processes.ABOUT US
