As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Compliance & People Operations Manager to help strengthen our compliance framework, support our international team, and build scalable internal processes.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance & People Operations Manager to oversee our compliance initiatives and support key people operations across our international business.
This role combines responsibility for compliance programs including SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 readiness, policy management, audit preparation, vendor compliance reviews, and security awareness initiatives, while also supporting employee onboarding, training, documentation, and people operations processes.
You will work closely with leadership, operations, technology teams, customer support teams, and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are met and internal processes continue to scale effectively.
Manage and maintain compliance programs including SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 readiness, and related initiatives
Coordinate audits, evidence collection, control monitoring, and remediation activities
Administer compliance platforms such as Drata and maintain supporting documentation
Coordinate vendor due diligence, security reviews, and compliance questionnaires
Support risk assessments and compliance reporting activities
Track compliance obligations and ensure timely completion of required actions
Coordinate security awareness and compliance training programs
Work with internal teams to ensure controls are operating effectively
Serve as a key point of coordination for compliance-related projects and audits
Coordinate employee training, certifications, and policy acknowledgements
Support recruitment coordination and hiring administration
3+ years of experience in Compliance, People Operations, HR Operations, Risk Management, Security, Operations, or a related field
~ Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar
~ Strong organizational and project management skills
~ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
~ Fluent written and spoken English
Experience with Drata, Vanta, Secureframe, or similar compliance platforms
Based in Tenerife or the Canary Islands, or willing to work primarily aligned with Canary Islands/CET business hours
Comfortable working across Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Leadership teams
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
