The Consumer Product Divisions holds the world’s beauty brand with L’Oréal Paris, the makeup brand with Maybelline New York, the natural brand with Garnier, and NYX Professional Makeup. The CPD division is L’Oréal groups largest division made up of k employees worldwide.
The Business Development team is looking to incorporate a person for the position of expert trainer in the axes of beauty: makeup, skincare and haircare.
Reporting to the Head of Category, you will be responsible for providing training on content related to brands, sales methodology and retail monitoring in accordance with the brand and category strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Train clients and beauty advisors on products and services related to the brands/categories.
* Transmit brand values to distribution and provide regular support at the point of sale.
* Implement global or personalized training programs for each client and/or staff. Measure objective performance and adjust the training plan according to needs.
* Participate in the development of new training activities.
* Manage the My Beauty Corner online training platform, as well as the development of its content.
* Contribute to improving the online sale of our products with the strategy of each category.
* Bas Development Plan: Improve service, sales and customer experience by delivering training based on products, sales techniques and recruitment.
* Support the Development Plan for new BAs, with the integration program.
* Develop a sampling strategy in clients, to enhance recruitment and cross-category.
* Point of Sale Managers Plan, to develop the technical/product knowledge of outsourced teams.
* Monitor the competition and report information on new trends and products.
* Main KPIs: Productivity / Number of Contacts and registrations in MBC, MS Score and conversion rate.
SKILLS :
* Mobility to travel frequently.
* Good communication skills and empathy.
* Cooperation with external and internal stakeholders.
* Service vocation, customer orientation and their needs, and guarantee excellence in the shopping experience.
* Expertise in makeup, facial beauty, hair and coloring.
* Previous experience of years as a trainer in strategic projects.
* Knowledge of the beauty sector.
