Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers professionally when they return their vehicles.
* Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
* Identify and assess any potential new damage on vehicles, documenting findings for evaluation.
* Contribute to the Quality Control process to ensure damage records are accurate and current.
* Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions, ensuring a smooth return process.
* Support other branch operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support branch success.
