We are looking for our new Client Program Manager based in Southwest Europe.
As a Client Program Manager (CPM) you’ll be leading the global Customer Experience (CX) community to operationally serve one of our major clients.
You are an essential element for the global account team, resulting in successful customer experience and business growth around the globe.
This role oversees all products and services (Ocean and Logistics & Services), as well as all brands.
You’ll be - together with the rest of the account team - the client expert internally, and the client advisor externally.
You are the leader for improvement, value adding projects and will guide the implementation of new customer business for Maersk.

Key Responsibilities:
Service delivery and customer satisfaction
5. Enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Host and engage in regular customer calls, reviewing performance and making forward looking plans.
7. Lead the customer transformation in assigned scope and verify implementation of value-creating projects in the customer supply chain.
Productivity and Profitability
8. Find and implement possibilities of productivity improvement against service delivery level.
9. Enable sharing of operational expertise and knowledge within the community through day-to-day execution and participation in inspirational workshops.
10. Represent the customer’s interests internally during additional business implementations.
People Development
11. Set up plans for on-boarding, training, and development of the CX team serving the customer in your assigned scope.
12. Be involved in objective setting & performance management of the CX team in your assigned scope.
13. Provide recognition & feedback proactively.
Collaboration & community development
14. Engage, together with Commercial, Operational and Product experts to explore new developments servicing the changes in customer demand.
15. Host global/regional Client Program Management meetings, calls and share best practices proactively with the option to travel.
Competencies & Skills
16. Background in Supply Chain Management.
17. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

18. Interest and willingness to learn about the client’s priorities and assess strategically how Maersk can serve them.
Stakeholder management & Communication
19. Excellent interpersonal skills to be part of a strong account community and manage stakeholders on various levels both within Maersk and our customer.
20. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
21. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Project Management & Analytics
22. At least 3 years of experience working with a wide variety of complex operational and commercial matters.
23. Proficiency in using Excel.
24. Ability to problem solve and recommend appropriate course of action creating value for the customer.
25. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
