What we are looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or similar fields;
* Over 3 years ofprofessional experience as a Business Manager / Account Manager in the IT Consulting sector;
* Strong motivation to develop business in the Outsourcing area;
* Previous experience in team leadership and management (valued);
* Good English skills (minimum B2 – mandatory);
* Availability towork remotely from Spain.
Be a Senior Business Manager
* Define prospects and market targets for the Outsourcing area;
* Contact clientsand schedule prospecting meetings;
* Present the Affinity portfolio to prospects;
* Manage and follow up on client accounts;
* Follow up with candidates and support interviews;
* Lead the IT Consultants team;
* Participate in the performance evaluation of Consultants.
