The Role :
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for managing and performing scheduled maintenance, repairs, and commissioning, as well as generating leads to grow the business and providing the best service experience to our customers. This position will be located in Bizkaia.
Typical Day :
Look at your calendar for today's and next day's work orders.
Manage the material needed.
Drive to customer site.
Engage with the customer, be an active listener, perform the job, and provide feedback.
Complete the report, close the work order, relax, and prepare for the next day
Essential Requirements :
Willingness to travel up to 5 days per month on average.
Ability to communicate in English.
Knowledge of electronics.
Preferred Skills :
Good communication and great team spirit skills.
