Description and Requirements
Lenovo Motorola is seeking a Carrier Channel Sales Representative for Motorola Iberia. You will report to the General Manager of Motorola Iberia.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and executing Lenovo smartphone sell-out plans in the Telco channel to meet targets and KPIs, including designing and implementing demand generation activities.
* Developing new business relationships with Telco distributors to maximize sales.
* Maximizing Lenovo opportunities in Telco Direct Channels.
* Collaborating with the Lenovo marketing team on retail activities, store roll-out, sales & marketing planning, and training.
* Managing end-to-end sales for the Telco channel: Sell Through and Sell Out.
* Handling inventory management and forecasting for distribution channels.
* Providing weekly reports with structured analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive actions.
* Managing other relevant activities or projects as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Experience in managing relationships with Telco Operators and distribution channels; at least 4 years in Mobile/Smartphone roles.
* Experience with multinational organizations in Consumer Products or Mobile handset sectors is preferred.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship selling skills; highly organized and proactive.
* Proven sales success as an individual contributor.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
* Ability to motivate teams and resources.
* Experience with other Vendors or Operators is a plus.
