This role plays a key part in delivering strategic projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced and innovative environment within the regenerative medicine field.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events (congresses, training programs, visits, workshops, corporate travel, etc.)
- Manage full logistics (vendors, venues, transportation, accommodation, materials, etc.)
- Budget management and cost control
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Management, Medical Affairs)
- Liaise with doctors, partners, and international stakeholders
- On-site event coordination and supervision
- Post-event evaluation and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and documentation requirements
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, protocol, event planning, communications, public relations, tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management
- At least 2 years within medical devices, pharma, healthcare, wellness, or cosmetics sectors
- High level of Spanish and English (mandatory)
- Additional languages are a strong plus
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft), as well as event and travel management programs and applications.
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel
