About the Role
As our Food & Beverage Technology Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital backbone that powers exceptional guest experiences and drives commercial success. You’ll oversee the strategy, performance, and reliability of all F&B; systems – ensuring they deliver seamless service, operational excellence, and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all F&B; technology solutions and systems across Central Europe, including Legends Global EPOS and PSP, ensuring reliability, compliance (e.g., PCI), and operational excellence.
- Lead technical operations for events, including onsite support, team coordination, setup, and post‑event commercial analysis to drive insight and performance improvements.
- Implement and drive best practices and technology initiatives, including innovation projects, cashless venue strategies, and the development of a technology roadmap with short‑ and long‑term objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Legends Global, venue F&B; teams, and technology partners to deliver projects, resolve operational challenges, and maximize revenue growth.
- Manage training and development programs for F&B; operational teams, ensuring adoption of technology solutions and supporting operational efficiency and excellence.
You Will Have
- Advanced IT technical operational or engineering background advantageous within the hospitality industry.
- Experience managing EPOS, PSP, E‑Commerce, SaaS modeling and IT infrastructure.
- Understanding of the train‑and‑trainer model for operational end users.
- Experience coordinating event‑day team members within the hospitality industry.
- Self‑starter with excellent coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
