About the Role As Business Development Manager for GameHouse, you are responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing great games that fit our platform and audience. You will work closely with independent developers, established studios, and strategic partners to bring web games, premium games, and selected free-to-play titles onto GameHouse under mutually beneficial commercial terms You combine dealmaking skills with content taste. You understand that a good deal is not just about numbers, but about long-term fit, trust, and shared ambition You will collaborate closely with Content, Product, Marketing, Tech, and Finance to ensure each partnership strengthens the GameHouse and GameHouse portfolio and delivers value for players and developers alike Your Responsibilities Content & Partner Sourcing Proactively source high-quality web, premium, and free-to-play games that appeal to a female casual audience aged 30 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of indie developers, mid-sized studios, and strategic partners Evaluate games on audience fit, engagement potential, production quality, and commercial viability Deal Making & Partnerships Lead commercial negotiations from first contact to signed agreement Structure and close a variety of deal types, including revenue share, licensing, exclusivity, time-based deals, and subscription-based models Align deal terms with GameHouse’s playtime-based and subscription-driven business model Portfolio & Strategy Help shape the GameHouse content strategy by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities in the casual games market Balance short-term content needs with long-term portfolio growth Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, launch, and lifecycle management of partner games Industry Presence Represent GameHouse at industry events such as GDC, Gamescom, Pocket Gamer Connects, and casual-focused conferences Act as a trusted and approachable partner in the developer community Bring market insights back into the organization to inform roadmap and strategy You Are An experienced business development professional with 4-6 years in the games industry, ideally in casual, mobile, or web games Comfortable negotiating and closing custom commercial deals with developers and publishers Passionate about casual games and genuinely interested in what motivates and delights a female 30 audience Able to combine intuition for games with data-driven decision making A relationship builder who communicates clearly, honestly, and with empathy Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deals and partners in parallel Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Willing to travel occasionally for industry events and partner meetings Bonus Points If You Have experience with subscription-based gaming platforms Have worked with web games, premium mobile titles, or hybrid F2P models Understand live operations, engagement systems, or content cadence strategies Have an existing network of casual game developers or studios Have experience working with female-first or lifestyle-driven consumer products Why Join GameHouse?
