Overview At Concentrix we offer revenue generation services under the B2B Sales Services business with a integral footprint, accelerating B2B digital sales and customer success transformation for the world's best brands.
Responsibilities Manage high‐volume inbound and outbound sales motions with regular customer contact across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach.
Identify relevant alternative points of contact as appropriate to outreach strategy through tools such as Sales Navigator and other desk targets.
Adhere to all response‐time SLA's and use mandatory sales cadences.
Actively manage the sales pipeline, focusing on moving prospects through the funnel.
Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to continue the customer journey.
Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals.
Work in a hybrid model (office on Wednesday and Thursday).
Maintain working hours Mon – Fri 10:00 – 19:00.
Qualifications Fluent level of English – written and spoken.
Minimum 2.5 years in a sales role, ideally in tech or advertising sales sectors.
Proven ability to unlock high‐potential budget opportunities and grow customer financial investment over time.
Digital advertising knowledge is an advantage.
Skilled at competitive selling to win new business.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts and ideas in a simple and understandable format.
Strong time‐management skills and ability to work independently.
Comfortable in a constantly changing fast‐paced environment.
Experience with Salesforce or prior exposure to a CRM tool.
