a) **Responsibilities**:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and direct activities to appropriate departments.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Work on assignments/projects as part of a team (not limited to local area)
- Escalate and problem solve customer inquiries and complaints without managerial support.
- Maintains daily customer services reports.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Tenders, ensure collation of information from all relevant parties, provides timely response to Public and Private Tenders invitations.
- Coordintaes with internal departments (Sales and support) to provide relevant information and input. Acts according to Co. policy and procedures.
- Escalates T&C; issues to Finance/Legal when required. Be involved in European Tender group sharing experience and reporting.
- Respect timetable and turns established to cover phone service (uninterrupted service) from 8am to 17.00 pm.
- Handling with carriers and suppliers.
- General office or reception duties required.

b) **Minimum Qualifications**:
- Shown experience in similar administrative roles.
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English; Portuguese would be an asset.
