Key Responsibilities :
In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations :
* Plan, manage, and implement new business opportunities in line with the Country Manager, Spain, and Pre-Sales Manager within the company's regional areas, from origination to closing.
* Assist the Country Manager, Spain, by implementing the company's regional sales, BD, and Vertical Market strategies in accordance with European and HQ directives.
* Communicate and coordinate with the Sales organization to manage Hanwha Vision Sales Ecosystem (Distributors, Value Added Partners, System Integrators, etc.).
* Implement directives to achieve regional business development targets.
* Work closely with design agencies to develop complete security solutions for customers.
* Develop key client relationships and grow the client base according to company strategies.
* Deliver technical customer training and provide on-site support at all levels.
* Plan and execute sales, customer retention, and development initiatives.
* Attend important project meetings with the European sales team.
* Analyze, evaluate, and manage the effectiveness of business opportunities, methods, costs, and results.
* Report to the Country Manager, Spain, on all BD activities in the region.
* Monitor and report on CRM analysis.
* Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
* Support Hanwha Vision's Technical and Marketing departments in identifying and creating new offerings.
* Maintain and enhance the company's image and reputation.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
* Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in CCTV or IT industry.
* Extensive experience with design agencies, prescriptions, systems integrators.
* Knowledge of third-party products, protocols, and technologies.
* Industry qualifications or a business/technical degree preferred.
* Proficient in PC use, especially Microsoft Office (Excel).
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Independent thinker with good judgment.
* Motivated to achieve targets.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
* Self-motivated with initiative.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Valid driving license.

* Order intake in assigned vertical and regional markets.
* Average project order size.
* Contribution to regional business performance.
Location :
This role is field-based, involving extensive travel within South Spain (Andalusia) and possibly outside Spain, including to Madrid where applicable.
