Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ibiza for a Night Drinks Host with Drink Home Ibiza. The Night Drinks Host will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking and managing drink orders, and supporting customer needs throughout the evening and night. Responsibilities will include ensuring timely delivery of beverages and assisting with costumers inquires and sales by WhatsApp, calls and app.
Qualifications
Based in Ibiza
Available for evening and night shifts
Valid driving licence
Excellent communication and customer service skills in both Spanish and English
Strong knowledge of drink brands on our menu
Proven sales skills with a focus on customer engagement
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with strong time-management skills
Positive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Background in hospitality or a related field is an advantage
