**SAP Lead-Business Process**

Your Day to Day:
- Participate and/or host workshops to explore, define, and document requirements with global stakeholders in varying functions (business, corporate) and departments (manufacturing, shipping, PMO, recruiting etc) in a nuclear regulated, manufacturing and services environment
- Investigate, analyze, and effectively communicate requirements of end-to-end business processes and their use cases for SAP implementations.
- Collaborate with the _SAP Architect-Business Process _to document the end-to-end business process and use cases, then review the needs with the SAP team (and other technical teams as required)
- Collaborate with the module specific SAP teams to drill into the details of the end-to-end solution and confirm that all use cases have been accounted for, and partner with the _SAP Architect-Data _to ensure that all data known needs have been recorded.
- Engage other teams as needed to ensure the end-to-end design meets all needs (CRM, automation tools, MES integrations etc)
- Partner with the technical stakeholders (SAP team, other technical teams) to prepare materials to present to the Design Center of Excellence
- Write test cases and success criteria for each use case within the end-to-end process. Partner with the Testing Lead to record the details in Quality Center.
- Participate and/or lead Design Center of Excellence meetings to review any requests for scope changes (enhancements, removing work from scope etc).
- Responsible for the planning, design and testing of SAP end-to-end business processes.
- Review SAP designs for export control risks.
- Will be consulted when other project team members develop training materials and delivery plans.
- Advise on optimal processes based on past experiences and best practices.
- Maintain solution documentation where required.
- Assist with cutover plans and go-live preparations.
- Evaluate new functionality in future releases and determine impact on existing functionality.
- Understand security and associated roles including export control as applicable to the solution.
- Liaison with development and security personnel to implement enhancements and corrections.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of SAP experience
- Strong technical communication and problem solving skills are required
- Strong customer communication (verbal and written) are required
- Hands-on configuration and user experience in SAP modules
- Implementation experience with SAP modules
- Knowledge of SAP security roles
- Experience with export regulations such as ITAR, EAR, and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty is a plus.
- Experience in the nuclear or controlled material industry is strongly preferred
- Experience with SAP financial business processes
Experience with S/4 HANA is a plus.
