Product Specialist TraineeAs a Product Specialist Trainee, you will provide specialized remote technical and application support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines. Your work will involve maintaining excellent communication, follow‐up, and proactive collaboration with customers to ensure rapid resolution of any issues or requests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized remote technical and application support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines
Maintain excellent communication, follow‐up, and proactive collaboration with customers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Document and escalations complex issues to higher‐level support teams when necessary
Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of our analyzers
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Profile
Students of Biomedical Engineering, Biomedicine, or Health and Life Sciences
Ability to make curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements
Fluent in Spanish and English (conversational and good writing skills), Portuguese is a must
Proactive and solution‐oriented mindset
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Interest in new technologies
