**Region MED > Customer Project Execution, MED > Contract Management**
Within the Customer Project Execution Department, this team is responsible for supporting project execution by ensuring compliance with the contractual rights and obligations established in the agreements for all projects carried out in the region.
**Responsibilities**
- Review and gain a thorough understanding of the subcontractors’ contracts and corresponding annexes (for cranes, manpower, etc.), and prepare the necessary documentation to support the Project Manager in interpreting the associated rights and obligations
- Provide contractual analysis and guidance linked to the events shared by the project team
- Drafting and managing contractual notices, as well as responding to subcontractor communications and other project-related notifications, in alignment with the project's strategic objectives and business constraints
- Support in the preparation and negotiation of claims related to extensions of time and additional costs
- Oversight of internal approval processes and preparation of required compliance documentation
- Reporting, analyzing, and evaluating project outcomes to enhance cost efficiency and profitability across Vestas projects. Providing contractual insights to stakeholders and management, contributing to the development of strategies aimed at improving future contract clauses
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law or a similar background
- 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar position
- High proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English (written and spoken)
**Competencies**
- A solid understanding of business dynamics and a keen ability to analyze data
- High reading comprehension to quickly absorb and interpret information
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in task prioritization and organizational skills in challenging environments
