Vestas is looking for a Stockkeeper to our team in Videbæk!
Service > Global Service Operations > Tools Region EMEA
In Global Tools, we are responsible for the usage, delivery, and support of tools for our turbines around the world.
You will be part of a sub-department that gives technical support to the sites and projects located in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
You will be part of a large team consisting of many different profiles, ranging from procurement, to warehouse, production, in- and outbound, Pick and Pack, to logistics as well as technical engineering.
The team is international, since we in our region alone are placed at five locations: In Videbæk (Denmark), in Husum, Mutzschen (Germany), Zaragoza (Spain), and Seaham (England).
Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate internal warehouse operations and material flows
Resource planning of day to day operations
Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective warehouse processes
Deliver on-time and in-full (OTIF) performance aligned with KPIs
Lead and develop warehouse team in line with Vestas Leadership Model
Cultivate an environment focused on continuous improvement and operational Excellence
Manage budget targets within warehouse operations
Qualifications
3-5 years ´ experience in Warehouse-Teamlead-Function
Experienced in working with HSE, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs
Robust critical thinking and effective problem-resolution capabilities
Experience of handling a team and create a good environment
Advanced SAP user with MRP logic understanding
Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, Countifs, Match, Index) as well as proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience of working with a Lean Kaizer approach
Enhanced interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to coach and lead skilled, motivated employees
Advanced stakeholder engagement proficiency
Demonstrated individual and team performance under tight deadlines, clear teamwork focus
Open-mindedness and effective information sharing
Capacity to manage shifting priorities and uncertainty
Practical, solution-oriented mindset

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Videbæk, Denmark.
You should expect some travel activity, approximately 15 days per year, the travels will be to other Warehouses in the department.
