You are passionate about marketing and excited about the idea of working with one of Spain's most beloved soft drink brands. As the Assistant Brand Manager for Schweppes in Iberia, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this iconic brand. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you'll be at the heart of brand planning, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring Schweppes continues to sparkle in the market.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be instrumental in shaping Schweppes' future in Iberia. You'll support local brand strategies, co-lead product launches, and track performance to ensure success. Collaboration is key, as you'll align efforts across stakeholders and maintain communication with the European team. You'll manage the brand budget and design impactful campaigns across various channels. Regular field visits will help you gather insights to drive brand growth and make informed decisions.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
Experience:
* Previous experience in marketing or brand management. Experience within a top FMCG company is a plus.
Skills:
* Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Creative and innovative thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Proficiency in budget management.
* Excellent time management and project management skills.
Passion:
* A genuine passion for the FMCG industry, especially the soft drinks sector.
* Strong motivation for brand management and consumer marketing.

Education:
* University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering. A master’s degree is a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
