Your main focus will be on one key strategic objective: the commercial growth of Sensorfact. Currently serving over 1800 customers, you will work on expanding our client portfolio and increasing revenue.
You will do this by:
1. Forecasting, reporting on, and achieving demand generation and revenue targets for your team;
2. Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing your team;
3. Collaborating with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members;
4. Motivating the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;
5. Providing insightful feedback and reporting to broader sales leadership.
Who are you:
This role is ideal if you meet the following criteria:
1. At least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams;
2. Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles;
3. Proficiency in using and optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other sales software;
4. (Near) native Spanish speaker with business proficiency in English;
5. High energy, willingness to learn, and a self-starter attitude. You value drive and honesty;
6. You thrive in a scale-up environment and want to contribute to scaling our company;
7. You enjoy working in a team but also take full ownership of your tasks and responsibilities.
