Key Responsibilities
* Promote a positive team culture aligned with risk and compliance frameworks
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring regulatory obligations are met
* Lead stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
* Analyze and document business requirements, focusing on customer impact
* Communicate recommendations clearly and influence project direction
* Support delivery with robust documentation, reporting, and presentations
* Define an analysis approach aligned with the program strategy
* Use Jira & Confluence to support business processes and workflows
* Apply agile and waterfall methodologies effectively
* Demonstrate strong skills in business process modeling and impact assessment
* Exhibit excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and multitasking abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Business Analysis certification (desirable)
