At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Senior PMO / Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale project within our financial partner in Madrid.
Main responsibilities:
* Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.
* Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings (agendas, minutes, action points).
* Ensure consistent and transparent communication across stakeholders.
* Apply and ensure adherence to project management standards (Prince2, PMI, IPMA).
* Manage project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and provide user support and training.
* Support quality assurance processes, including reviews, gate checks, and lessons-learned sessions.
* Prepare and maintain project status reports for steering committees and senior management.
* Manage KPIs, dashboards, RAG indicators, and milestone trend analyses.
* Prepare decision-making materials for the steering committee.
* Coordinate with other projects or PMOs to align dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
Who are you?
* 7+ years as Senior PMO in structured corporate environments, working with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
* Experience applying PM methodologies (Prince2 / PMI / IPMA).
* German – Business level
* English – Business level
* Spanish – plus
