Partner Capability Management: Guide partner investment, evaluate capabilities, address gaps, and ensure consistent service quality.br/br/Qualifications:br/br/Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 8+ years of experience in the ICT industry, with at least 5 years in customer service management, delivery maintenance assurance, service sales experience for enterprise or carrier networks. Proven track record in managing service solutions for major projects, including experience in service bidding and sales strategy development. Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with local customers and HQ teams.
