Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. The Key Lead acts as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
* Minimum 20‑25 hours per week.
* Availability required on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
* Peak times may increase hours to support business needs.
Qualifications
* Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
* Retail experience: at least 1 year preferred.
* Supervisor/Managerial experience: not required.
* CEFR B2 fluency in English&Spanish required.
* Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction, fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness, adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance, poise & ambition, multi‑tasking, applied learning, promotion of diversity & inclusion, work ethic, omni‑channel services.
