Are you a passionate Project Manager with experience in workplace environments? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team.
We are looking for a Project Manager Workplace with experience leading end-to-end (E2E) projects in Infrastructure environments. You will manage internal requests, coordinate their technical implementation, and ensure proper functionality across our systems in the Austrian and Swedish markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Demand Management: Lead E2E projects in Workplace and Infrastructure areas.
- Moderate backlog grooming and prioritization sessions with markets and vendors.
- Lead the entire demand process from creation to implementation.
- Review new demands to meet quality standards.
- Lead the JIRA Demand Board and ensure timely updates.
- Review Functional Analysis (FA) documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Validate estimations and quotations for demand implementations.
- Serve as the central communication point for all stakeholders.
- Facilitate release planning activities and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Testing: Develop testing strategies, collaborate with markets, conduct detailed testing, and document outcomes.
- Report bugs and coordinate retesting.
- Align testing results with market expectations and provide feedback.
Ideal Profile:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech environments.
- Background in internal systems, Workplace, or IT infrastructure projects.
- Advanced English (C1).
- Strong organizational, communication, and testing skills.
- Location: FULL REMOTE (Spain mandatory).
