Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Program Manager – E Invoicing @ Remote Working (Poland)
Key area:
The Program Manager – E‑Invoicing is accountable for leading a global, finance program to ensure compliance with country‑specific e‑invoicing and Continuous Transaction Control (CTC) mandates. The role drives delivery across multiple ERP platforms, ensures regulatory adherence, enables scalable operating models, and partners across Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and external vendors to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
* Lead the end‑to‑end e‑invoicing program, ensuring delivery against regulatory timelines and enterprise priorities.
* Establish and operate program governance, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.
* Partner with Tax, Legal, Finance (AP/AR), Shared Services, and IT to translate regulatory requirements into executable roadmaps.
* Manage multi‑ERP and integration delivery, including government platforms and e‑invoicing aggregators.
* Own program risk management, including regulatory, operational, data, and readiness risks.
* Drive change management, business readiness, and adoption across regions.
* Ensure operational readiness, support models, and smooth transition from build to run.

* Vendor and aggregator management, including scope, delivery, and performance oversight.
* Financial and benefits tracking for compliance‑driven programs.
