If this is you, we'd love to talk.**What You Will Do**:Is a Role Model for Safety Responsible for development of the organizational capability to get the expected results and provide leadership, direction setting and coaching for his department.Responsible for the fulfillment of the maintenance plan (including cost).Uses internal and external benchmarks to drive performance improvement.
