Candidates should be based in Belgium or willing to relocate, be fluent in English, and possess the required work permit. /p pThis position is open for contractors and does not provide a work permit. /p h3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelopment and maintenance of software applications in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML) and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI). /li liTraining of custom machine learning / deep learning models based on structured and unstructured data. /li liSelecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using ML techniques. /li liDevelopments aiming at improving the quality of machine translation (MT) engines for each installed language pair. /li liInteract with data stewards and other IT stakeholders to define the data rules. /li liDefine data controls and implement actions to ensure data quality and integrity. /li liCreating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance. /li liProcessing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis. /li liDesign the IT architecture for solitons in the NLP / ML / AI fields, and coordinate its implementation considering master- and meta-data management concepts. /li liAnalyse data architecture for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness. /li liContributing for the analysis of data management vision, strategy and policy and derive the IT requirements. /li liProvision of expert advice and assistance in any area associated with the AI and Data Warehouse technologies. /li liPerform design, development and maintenance of BI and reporting software that both follow the reference architecture rules and accurately implement the specifications. /li liAssistance and support to the Advanced Analytics developers. /li liProvision of technical studies, technical expertise, technical evaluations in relation with AI systems. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li+13 years of IT experience. /li liExcellent experience of Perl, Python, Matlab, R and its NLP/ML libraries (SpaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn, pandas…). /li liStrong experience with ML techniques and algorithms, such as k‑NN, Naïve Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, Neural Network, and AI frameworks. /li liExperience in corpus based linguistics and alignment models and classification methods. /li liExperience with data analytics over big datasets, non‑structured databases as well as data lakes. /li liPrevious experience with Data Management, Database Mining systems and in Big Data technologies. /li liExperience with AWS and/or Azure, Oracle RDBMS and PL‑SQL. /li liPrevious exposure with Linux, Unix, Bash and scripting languages. /li liGood knowledge of natural language processing systems lifecycle and agile software development methodologies. /li liGood knowledge of quality assurance and quality control for machine translation (MT) and experience with MT quality procedures, testing methodologies and tools, such as automatic quality metrics (BLEU scores and similar) and human evaluation of MT quality. /li liSome experience with query languages, such as SQL, Hive, Pig, etc. /li liKnowledge of NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, etc. /li liKnowledge of data visualisation tools, such as D3.js, GGplot, etc. /li liCertification in AWS Certified Machine Learning or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate or SAS Certified Professional AI and Machine Learning Certification is an Advantage. /li /ul h3Interested? /h3 pIf you are interested in this opportunity, please forward your CV to /p pFollowing countries are part of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
