Senior International Tax Analyst — responsible for U.S. international tax filing compliance and process improvements within the tax department.
Responsibilities
Execute compliance processes for Earnings & Profits, Foreign Tax Credit, Subpart F income, Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI), and Foreign-Derived Intangible Income (FDII).
Assist in the ASC 740 tax provision and tax accounting processes, including quarterly and year-end reporting and return-to-accrual processes.
Utilize SAP, BPC, and OneSource Income Tax for tax compliance and reporting.
Prepare and/or review U.S. tax forms including 8858, 5471, and 8865 in OneSource Income Tax.
Maintain the legal entity listing with accurate tax classifications and an up-to-date legal entity organizational chart.
Prepare and distribute tax packages to controllership, monitor responses, assist package preparers, and follow up on outstanding responses.
Lead project teams with various business units to identify tax-saving opportunities, resolve challenges, and improve after-tax outcomes.
Foster a continuous improvement culture and leverage technology tools, such as Alteryx, Excel, and Power BI, to automate and refine tax workflows.
Qualifications
Required: University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years Accounting/Finance/Tax experience.
Experience in process automation with Alteryx and SAP.
Knowledge of U.S. international tax regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit. Business proficiency in English.
Willing to train the right candidate.
Preferred: Advanced degree (Masters or JD) and/or CPA.
