Main Responsibilities:
As our
HR Trainee
, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks that will give you a comprehensive view of the
HR department
. You'll help maintain and update employee data using
SAP HR
, assist in preparing documentation for new hires and internal changes, and support payroll and
Social Security
processes. Additionally, you'll manage internal platforms and contribute to creating manuals that document key administrative procedures. You'll also get exposure to
SAP providers
and learn how HR supports business operations in a
multinational company.
Who we are looking for:
We're looking for a university student currently pursuing a degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, or a related field. You should be fluent in Spanish and have an
intermediate to advanced level of English
. Strong digital skills are essential, and prior knowledge of
SAP HR
