Key Responsibilities Manage order processing for Beverage Key Account customers in the EMEA region Analyze weekly sales reports Manage consignment stock at customer locations Ensure coordination and communication between sales, logistics, and production teams Confirm sales orders to clients on time and in full Analyze results and compile reports to support KPI achievement Manage stock and collaborate with the supply chain team to support sales tracking Participate in Key Account segment calls and provide updates to Sales Managers Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution Support the Credit department to avoid overdues for Key Account customers Key Competencies & Requirements People management skills Planning and organizing skills Decision-making abilities Adaptability Stress tolerance Strong communication skills (internal and external) Ability to build relationships with clients Empathy Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus) How we work: At PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays.
