We are looking for a Brand Manager for our Marketing Team in our central Iberia Office located in Barcelona, who will support in the management and development of assigned brands, ensuring that the continuity and growth of defined marketing strategies is maintained.
The role owns brand activation planning, 360o campaign development, execution, and performance tracking, working closely with local and international stakeholders, agencies, and in-house hubs to deliver impactful consumer-centric brand initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
Brand Leadership & Planning
First line of responsibility for one of our brand in Spain, ensuring correct and consistent implementation of brand communication across all consumer touchpoints.
Build, manage, and execute the annual brand activation plan, in alignment with commercial priorities and brand strategy.
Ensure coherence of brand messaging throughout the full customer journey, including point-of-sale communication and in-store activation.
Own asset production for all channels, ensuring quality, timing, and alignment with the commercial calendar.
Lead consumer activation initiatives such as store openings, local events, and brand moments, adapting brand strategy to market needs.
Act as project lead for additional strategic projects within the Optical Retail ecosystem in Spain.
Elaborate, submit, and share project plans, timelines, and post-campaign reports.
Coordinate effectively with local and corporate teams, including HQ, in-house hubs, and external agencies (creative, media, PR).
Support the Department Leader and Marketing Manager in broader brand and marketing initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Budget Management
Monitor campaign and brand KPIs, including store traffic, sales uplift, media ROI, brand awareness, and engagement.
Track, analyze, and report brand and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Manage brand budgets in line with company guidelines, ensuring efficiency and value creation.
Degree and/or Master in Marketing / Brand Management or Economics.
At least 2-3 years experience as Junior Brand Manager in a fasting paced environment, ideally from the Retail sector or Agency.
Ability to analyze performance data and make insight-driven decisions.
High level of Spanish and English. Knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
Strong passion for brand, communication, and consumer understanding. xugodme
