THE ROLE
We’re seeking a passionate UI / UX Designer to join our Barcelona studio and own the look, feel, and flow of our next multiplayer mobile title. You’ll partner closely with designers, engineers, and artists to craft intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys that make every menu tap and HUD glance feel effortless. If you obsess over pixel-perfect layouts and believe tiny UX touches can deliver massive impact, then Antihero needs you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Develop clear, engaging UX flows that guide players from launch screen through lobby, matchmaking, and in-game HUD
* Create and iterate on UI layouts- menus, overlays, tooltips, and pop-ups- ensuring consistency across mobile form factors
* Collaborate with engineers to translate your Figma / Sketch designs faithfully into Unity’s UI Toolkit
* Gather feedback, analyze pain points, and refine wireframes & mockups and rapidly improve the UI / UX.
* Support end-to-end delivery : prepare spec docs, export assets, and QA UI across iOS and Android builds
YOU HAVE
* A keen eye for detail : typography hierarchies, color & contrast, icon consistency, and subtle motion / UI transitions
* Excellent communication skills : able to present design rationale, incorporate feedback, and partner effectively with dev teams
* Expert command of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, plus a solid grasp of responsive / mobile design principles
* A player-first mindset : empathy for new users and a knack for dialing complexity up or down based on data
WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE
* 3-5+ years experience
* Prior experience on live multiplayer games or social-driven mobile titles
* Familiarity with Unity’s UI Toolkit or in-engine prototyping workflows
* Experience running A / B tests or leveraging analytics (e.g. heatmaps, clickstream) to inform UX tweaks
* Passion for iterative playtests- thriving on watching users click around and turning insights into UI improvements
* A collaborative spirit : ready to jump into design critiques and help grow our shared design system
