Experteer Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end transformation initiatives in support of WebBeds’ strategic objectives. You will partner with Transformation Programme Managers and senior leaders to analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design solutions that boost efficiency and business outcomes. You will define and track KPIs, manage requirements across functions, and support the adoption of new processes and technologies. You will work across cross-functional teams to balance priorities, mitigate risks, and enable data-driven decision making that sustains value. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting or leading large-scale business transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in end-to-end journey and process management, including assessment, governance approvals, and full requirements lifecycle ownership

- Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking with decision-making that balances innovation, risk, and value
