In this role, you’ll travel up to 50% of the time and often work independently, partnering closely with teams spread across multiple countries. - *What You’ll Achieve**
- *Design the Blueprint of Tomorrow:**
- You will own and drive the design of end to end O2C processes, transforming strategic direction into a clear, harmonized global template that elevates how we operate.
- *Turn Vision Into Reality**
- You will collaborate with system experts and IT to build, integrate, and optimize the global O2C process across systems—ensuring our global template works flawlessly.
- *Lead Rollouts That Make Impact**
- You will prepare and run workshops, support configurations, create documentation, design test scenarios, and guide key users through training and hypercare support.
- *Champion Continuous Improvement**
- You will maintain and evolve global training materials and drive improvements that enhance efficiency, integration, and adoption across markets.
- *Bring Stakeholders Together**
- You will align and engage Global Process Owners, Stream Leads, key users, and external partners assuring everyone is connected and committed to the global process vision.
- *Who You Are**
- *Process Architect**
- You bring 3–5 years of experience in complex process and system implementations within an international environment.
- You have a strong end to end understanding of Order to Cash processes, including master data and financial integration.
- *SAP Savvy Builder**
- You are fluent in SAP standard processes and experienced in global templates and harmonized models.
- You know how to translate business needs into robust, scalable system solutions.
- *Structured Project Driver**
- You thrive in planning, organizing, and managing multiple priorities to deliver high quality outcomes.
- You are experienced in documentation, testing, training, and rollout execution.
- *Clear Communicator & Connector**
- You excel at bridging business and system language, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating across functions and cultures.
- You bring a collaborative mindset and enjoy working with diverse teams.
- *Self Starter with Ownership**
- You act with initiative, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- You are fluent in English and ready to travel up to 50%.
