Define best practices for AI-assisted coding across teamsEstablish clear guidelines for using AI in generation, refactoring, testing, and documentationBuild reusable playbooks, patterns, and prompt librariesPartner with teams to deliver their first AI-assisted applicationsCoach engineers on turning AI-generated code into maintainable solutionsEvaluate and integrate tools like Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, or similarEmbed AI into the development lifecycle (IDE, CI/CD, code reviews)Define quality standards for AI-generated codeEnsure compliance with security, licensing, and data privacy requirementsTrain and onboard teams on AI-assisted workflowsMeasure impact on productivity, quality, and delivery speed Who are you?
5–10 years of experience in software engineeringStrong development background (Java Script/Type Script, Python, or similar)Proven, hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Git Hub Copilot or Cursor (real use cases, not just experimentation)Experience in mentoring or coaching engineers (highly important) Key Skills
