Tasks
* Monitor and support industrial software solutions across the business.
* Assist in project follow-up, coordination, and reporting.
* Participate in the implementation of new technological or organizational solutions
* Provide first-line support to business users, ensuring smooth operation of systems and processes.
* Track and document incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Organization, or a related discipline.
* Minimum B2 level of English.
* Knowledge of industrial processes and manufacturing environments.
* Understanding software systems and experience with office productivity tools.
* Valid driving licence and availability to travel when required.
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with a structured and results-oriented mindset.
