We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth across all product lines within France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Africa. This role is responsible for developing direct accounts, strengthening distributor partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities to expand revenue. Are You Looking To:
Develop and grow Bel’s sales across all product lines within your assigned territory.
Drive direct account sales while supporting and expanding distributor end-customer relationships.
Strengthen existing sales channels and identify new opportunities across diverse market segments.
Play a key role in expanding market presence and increasing revenue growth.
Are You Ready To:
Meet or exceed annual sales targets while operating within expense budget guidelines.
Manage all sales channels and customer relationships in your territory to achieve business objectives.
Visit customer accounts to win new business, build long-term partnerships, negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and promote product adoption.
Deliver product and sales training to distribution partners as needed.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Customer Service teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and on-time delivery.
Contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process by providing accurate forecasts and performance reporting.
Maximize profitability while maintaining and growing your customer base.
Job Requirements:
Working in a technical sales environment with account and/or territory management experience. Preferably in Industrial electronics or connectivity applications.
What You’ll Need:
Experience in at least one of Bels Product (Power, Connectors, Circuit Protection, Transformers) groups required.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Knowledge of strategic selling methodologies and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach.
Proven experience in time management and territory management.
Excellent customer presentation and communication skills.
Ability to travel more than 60% (this is a field-based role).
Proficient language skills including French and English
