The Role : Are you ready to succeed in the highly lucrative yet competitive real estate market? We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead, develop, and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve high levels of sales, profits, and a broad customer base in alignment with DarGlobal’s business strategy and objectives in Marbella.

Key Accountabilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
* Communicate sales plans and targets to the sales team, providing training, guidance, and motivation to meet targets.
* Review marketing plans to ensure they support sales objectives effectively.
* Direct and control sales operations to meet targets for BTS projects and sales channels.
* Identify new business initiatives and convert them into revenue-generating opportunities.
* Monitor and review sales processes to ensure quality and effectiveness.
* Address critical problems and customer complaints promptly to ensure resolution.
* Establish and maintain relationships with regional and international business contacts to increase market awareness and intelligence.
* Analyze sales data, interpret trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Promote DarGlobal’s projects through various sales channels and participate in promotional events.
* Motivate and develop team members to enhance performance and produce quality work.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

* College or degree-level education (or equivalent).
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience (commercial or residential).
* Strong negotiation and selling skills.
* Confident presentation skills.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
