About AVT:
AVT (Advanced Vision Technology) is a leader in print inspection and quality assurance solutions for the packaging and labels industry.
In your role at AVT, you will:
* Travel between customers sites throughout Spain and Europe
* Responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of AVT Hardware
* Instruct the customer about the day-to-day use and maintenance of their AVT hardware
* Work in close collaboration with the regional Service manager, Sales, and customer support teams to quickly resolve any issues on site
* Submit detailed service visit reports and facilitate spare part requests/returns
Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
* Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or a college diploma
* Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customers concerns
* Good level of mechanical exposure/experience
* Good knowledge of software applications, operating systems/PC’s/networks
* Fluent in Spanish and English, other European languages are a plus
