About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Expert with deep expertise in custom integrations and HANA to join our global client's team. This senior-level position requires a strategic thinker.
This role is based in Barcelona requiring 3 days per week onsite. Relocators will be considered as long as you currently have right to work in the EU.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver SAP GTS solutions (design, configuration, testing, cutover, go‐live, hypercare).
* Provide expert guidance on trade compliance (EU/US regulations, embargo checks, licenses, classification, preferences).
* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
* Govern and enhance GTS across supply chain processes.
* Support system integrations
* Maintain knowledge of international trade regulations and implement related system updates.
Qualifications
* 10+ years' experience in SAP GTS (Compliance, Customs, ECR) with rollout experience on GTS on HANA.
* Strong experience with GTS integrations
* Solid understanding of end‐to‐end supply chain, sales, procurement, and master data.
* Ability to produce detailed functional specs and collaborate with technical teams.
* Basic ABAP, IDoc, and LSMW knowledge.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‐solving skills.
