Meanwhile, GX MEDIA, our commercial agency, specializes in developing innovative strategies for brands in the esports, gaming, and digital entertainment sectors. We focus on connecting brands with global audiences through creative solutions and tailored commercial strategies that generate impact and long‐term value.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager, based in Spain, who will lead business development in Spain and other key international markets. If you are an experienced professional in strategic sales, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for esports and gaming, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in line with strategic objectives.

Manage a strong client pipeline and prepare compelling commercial proposals.

Work closely with the commercial team to create and update sales materials.

Key Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.

Oversee budgets and margins, prioritizing profitability and service quality.

Industry Engagement

Represent our company at key events, conferences, and trade fairs, generating high‐quality leads.

Operational Excellence

Keep the sales CRM updated accurately and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

Experience: At least 5 years of experience, along with a proven track record in business development or sales with high‐value deals (minimum six figures), ideally in esports, gaming, or related sectors (digital entertainment), sports, and advertising agencies.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and account management skills.

Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written); additional European languages besides Spanish are a plus.

Market Knowledge: Experience in European markets ; global market knowledge will be highly valued.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analysis tools .
