Your profile
* Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
* Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone
* Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools
* Customer-focused, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Dutch (Level C2) and English (Level C1)
